The Conference will focus on two central themes: EUROPE AND FINANCIAL CRISIS CLIMATE CHANGE Naturally, all papers discussing other challenging topics related to the contemporary economic thought will be considered as well. The prospective authors are invited to submit their papers in English by 24th April 2009. As usual, the Conference will be organized in plenary sessions with the addresses of invited speakers, eminent researchers in specific topics. The authors of the accepted papers will be invited for the presentation in several parallel sessions. The full texts of the presented papers on CD-ROM (working papers form) will be available at the Conference. The authors submitting their papers for R-sessions and presenting them at the Conference, will be informed on the paper status after the Conference. Assuming the paper has passed the preliminary reviweing process, it could be evaluated either for publishing in the Conference Proceedings at CD-ROM (envisaged by end of October 2009), or special Conference monograph (exact time of publishing would depend on the procedure defined by the publisher, such as Elsevier, Routledge etc.). The details about registration, Conference venue, accommodation and local transfers are available on the Conference web site. Conference scientific and social programs as well as other information will be published on the Conference web site in due time. We sincerely hope that the eight conference will continue the tradition of providing opportunities for discussion on latest cutting edge theories and practices as well as meeting space for scientists and practitioners from all over the world.
