HOW TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

  1. In the left menu select "Online Submission and Registration System"
  2. An submenu will open.
    Select "Extended Abstract / Paper Submission"

  1. Login with your e-mail.
  2. If you have not yet registered, select "New Participant" button.
    Otherwise this step will be skiped.
    Fields, marked in grey are mandatory.
    Please, be extra carefull when typing your e-mail, since all notifications will be sent to it.
    Furthermore, it will be used as your login for this system.

  1. After your Loging in, Your submissions will be listed:

  1. Select "New Submission" button.

  1. Chose one of conference themes.
    Enter paper title and up to four keywords.
    Select "Next" button.

  1. Find and select yourself in the list of registered participants. (Provided you are the first author)
    Press "Add SELECTED author" button.
  2. Repeat previous step for all authors.

  1. If the author is not yet registered press "Add unregistered author" button to register him.
    He will be added to the list of authors automaticly.
  2. You can remove the author if he was incorectly added, or modify his/hers profile.
    You can correct all information in profile of other authors, except the e-mail.
    You can modify e-mail only to yourself.
  3. Press "Next" button.

  1. Browse for the file containing your abstract.
    Only files in folloving format will be accapted:
    1. Microsoft Office Word (doc)
    2. Rich Text format (rtf, doc)
    3. Plain Text (txt)
    4. Acrobat PDF (pdf)
  2. Press "Submitt" button.
    You will retur to the list of papers which you have submitted or you are author to.

  1. Repeat previous steps for other papers (proposals).
  2. When you are finished select "Logout / Home" in the menu on the left side.
